Atlas

Before you book

Questions, Answers.

Everything worth knowing before you put time and money into an assessment call. If something is missing here, ask on the call — it is the auditor's job to answer it.

What do I actually receive?

The Atlas Blueprint: a scored reading of your business across all seven pillars — marketing, sales, support, operations, finance, HR and growth — and a sequence telling you what to fix first, second and third.

It is written around your workflows, not a template with your name at the top.

Is the assessment call free?

No. Booking the assessment call is a paid action, and it is the only way into Atlas. There is no free tier, no trial and no self-serve score.

That is deliberate. The call is a working session with an auditor, not a sales call dressed up as one.

Who is on the call?

One Atlas auditor, on the call you booked. They review the business live with you — there is no separate discovery meeting to schedule afterwards, and you are not handed to somebody else once you have paid.

How long until the blueprint arrives?

We don't publish a turnaround time. The honest answer depends on how much of your business we walk through, and your auditor will tell you what to expect while you are still on the call.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. No documents, no data export, no deck. Bring the business the way it actually runs — including the parts held together by hand, and the parts you would not put in a process document.

Those are usually the interesting ones.

What if AI isn't the right answer for us?

Then that is what the blueprint says, and your auditor will tell you on the call rather than after it. Plenty of what surfaces in an Atlas reading is a sequencing or ownership problem that no tool would have fixed.

Do you build it as well, or just hand over the map?

We can. That conversation happens after the blueprint is in your hands — never before, and never as a condition of getting it. The blueprint is yours either way, including if you take it to somebody else to build.

Which industries do you work with?

Financial services, retail and D2C, agencies and professional services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and supply chain, and hospitality and local services.

The seven pillars apply to any business with a back office. See where Atlas opens in each

How is this different from a consultancy or a course?

A consultancy engagement is a long, expensive commitment before you know whether there is anything worth doing. A course describes somebody else's company and leaves the mapping to you.

Atlas is the deliberate third option: one call, one auditor, one sequenced map of your business.

The AI Fit Test

Still not sure it fits?

That is the first thing the call answers. If the map wouldn't tell you anything you don't already know, your auditor will say so.
